Located in Wendell, NC, Blue Sky Farms brings herbs like Peruvian Black Mint and greens to our tables. Operating since 1994, Blue Sky Farms is committed to delivering the best of produce to many Triangle restaurants.

 

Fullsteam Brewery and Ponysaurus Brewing Co.

Counting House’s beverage program aspires to use as many local beers and spirits as possible, two of those being Fullsteam Brewery and Ponysaurus Brewing Co. from right here in North Carolina. Cardinal Gin from Southern Artisan Spirits is made locally in Kings Mountain and Krupnikas, a honey liquor made with North Carolina Honey, is produced right in downtown Durham. We’ll be mixing up cocktails using Durham-made small batch sodas from Brood and bitters from Raleigh-based Crude.

Joe Van Gogh Coffee, from Hillsborough, keeps us caffeinated with drip coffee, espresso and single origin offerings via French Press.
