In April, we’re welcoming Hiyu Wine Farms for an exploration of Oregon wines. Join us for a welcome reception and a four-course meal with dishes like Braised Short Rib with ravioli and black radish, and Elderflower Panna Cotta with juniper infused apples that pair perfectly with your favorite wine. Price is $75 per person.
Not a wine expert? That’s okay! Nate Reddy, a winemaker from Hiyu Wine Farms, in addition to the Counting House team, will be in attendance to guide you through the pairings.
